New MEDITE CLEAR and FR CLEAR - incredibly low formaldehyde MDF panels

MEDITE CLEAR and MEDITE FR CLEAR are MDF panels with zero-added formaldehyde, developed specifically for use in environmentally sensitive interior applications where the off-gassing of formaldehyde needs to be at an absolute minimum.

Although formaldehyde is found naturally in wood - and no wood product can be entirely formaldehyde free - independent tests have shown that the formaldehyde content of MEDITE CLEAR and MEDITE FR CLEAR are less than 1.0mg/100g, equivalent to or less than natural wood.

Zero formaldehyde is added to the softwood fibres in the manufacture of MEDITE CLEAR and MEDITE FR CLEAR. The resulting product far exceeds the rigid Class E1 (EN 622-1) low formaldehyde standard.
